A BPO is a business practice in which one organization hires another company to perform a process task that the hiring organization requires for its own business to operate successfully. These services are traditionally performed in-house by the company’s own employees and staff however when a company uses outsourcing it enlists the help of outside organizations not affiliated with the company to complete certain tasks for example accounting, administrative or human resource functions. Organization’s that work with BPO firms benefit from access to expertise, reduced costs and improved efficiencies.

  • We believe that respecting and protecting our clients’ privacy is of the utmost importance. As such, we have confidentiality and data protection policy and compliance documents in place which all our staff is required to abide by. Our policies obligate non-disclosure of any information to unauthorised persons and confidential handling of information about the business and our clients’ interests. Measures we have put in place are as follows;

    • Encryption of sensitive files through the use of file passwords and individual PC login keys

    • Secure premises with biometric login and logout to the premises for all employees

    • Manage data access by ensuring access is only authorised and granted to key personal and authenticated by strong passwords and where practical, two factor authentications. We periodically review our access lists and revoke access when it is no longer necessary.

    • Securely dispose of data, devices, and paper records; sensitive data is erased to ensure it cannot be recovered or misused when no longer needed whilst devices are destroyed to ensure previous contents cannot be recovered and paper documents containing sensitive information are shredded.

    • Cyber security measures in place. All PC have antivirus software and device pass codes. We also use routinely patching software, white listing applications and suspend inactive sessions

    • All employees sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement upon being employed.

As part of the agreement you sign before we begin implementation of our services, there is a termination clause imbedded within the document which can be put in to motion in the case of the unfortunate outcome and this can be done through your client liaison however we at The BPO Professionals strive to continuously be professional and to produce a high level of quality.

The short answer – Yes! We have worked to ensure that we can provide a reliable service to you 24/7.

  • We have access to very fast, reliable internet with the top internet service provider

  • We have backup generators for when there are power outages or disruptions to electricity service

  • All agents have access to a PC and or laptop that is used for work purposes only

In the event of national lockdown for instance has been the case with the covid19 pandemic, all employees were set up to be able to work from home and internet data provided to enable connectivity during expected work hours.

  • We bill our clients in arrears and this means that payment isn’t due until after the service period. Our invoices are “net 7 EOM” which mean that payment must be made in full with in 7days of receipt of invoice.

    The invoice will always be made available via email, and you’ll always receive a notification or a payment receipt any time we receive a payment.

    We do allow plenty of flexibility in our payment methods. You can set up a payment for your plan which will simply be debited to our account on your billing date or you can pay by card or Paypal.
